If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Accessibility and facilities

At the medical centre we have a ramp to allow access for wheelchairs via the entrance to the building. This is adjacent to all the doctors and nurse’s room. There is a disabled toilet which is suitable for wheelchair. If you need assistance please ask the receptionist for help.

For patients with hearing problems, we have a loop induction system at reception and a portable loop system available for use in the consultation rooms.

We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know when booking your appointment.

Public transport and car parking

Central Medical Centre is situated towards the North East end of Central Road near the road-about which crosses the A297. We are on Central Road just before the junction with Hazelwood Avenue.

The surgery is only 2 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop and is well served by the local bus (Route Number 470) and a 10 minute walk from Morden tube Station. The nearest tube station is Morden and the nearest Railway station is Morden South.

Bus Timetable and Tube information can be found on the Traveline website.

The surgery does not have a patient car park, however on-road parking is available on Central Road and in Hazelwood Avenue.
